Client Requirement
The client wanted to understand the buying criteria, drivers, IT and business problems that are leading to purchase of high-end appliances.

 

Methodology
The project team conducted 10 in-depth interviews with an average length of 45-50 minutes in North America.
Accrelysis had to maintain an equal split between Large enterprises with 1000-5000 employees and very large enterprises with 5000+ employees.
The study helped the client in identifying the main IT and business challenges and drivers these companies face during their buying process of IT appliances.
